Beans are affordable, economical, and easy to dry store for long periods. Beans are great source of B vitamins, potassium, folate, magnesium, copper, and zinc!

BUT NEED TO BE PREPARED PROPERLY for beneficial absorption!!!

Soak your beans either over night or for a few hours before you begin cooking.

BONUS: Soak them for 24 hours with Sourdough starter (healthy bacteria and yeast from sourdough starter can pre-digest FODMAP's in beans)
